Veterans Transition Pilot Program
THE PROPOSAL
In partnership, the Veterans Transition Network and Veterans Stand Together propose to deliver the first five eye alliance Veterans Transition pilot Program this program will take place in Canada bringing our five nations together to take part in this program. As demonstrated in Canada, The program has the potential to drastically increase the quality of life for Veterans transitioning to the civilian world. The program will then go back to there relevant countries to run a pilot to demonstrate capability.
